Policies

We require a credit card for all appointment reservations. There is a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. You will be charged 50% of your scheduled service for late cancellations or rescheduling outside of this 24-hour window. (This charge will be applied to your next visit as long as its re -scheduled within a month and with the same stylist.) 100% of your scheduled service will be charged for no-shows. Only exception to this policy is bad weather.


Children cannot wait in the salon while a parent or guardian is having a service done. Children are only permitted in the salon when they are receiving a service themselves. Thank you for your understanding.
