Policies & salon etiquette

We understand life happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment at the last minute. Things like you couldn’t find childcare, you are not feeling well. It happens to all of us. Unfortunately that puts us between a rock & a hard place as we don’t have notice to book another client in that time slot, and therefore loose that income that we rely on. Its like going into your workplace and your boss saying “you aren’t going to be paid for half your day”.

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. You will be charged 50% of your scheduled service for late cancellations or rescheduling outside of this 48-hour window. You will be charged 100% of your scheduled service if you cancel the day of or no-show.

We want all of our clients to feel comfortable so we ask that you do not talk about politics, religion, or any controversial subjects in the news.


Children cannot wait in the salon while a parent or guardian is having a service done. Children are only permitted in the salon when they are receiving a service themselves. Thank you for your understanding.
